After years working as a chef in exclusive restaurants in California and China, after thrilling Robert De Niro, Kevin Costner, Sharon Stone, Rod Stewart and many others, and after a compelling journey to becoming an observant Jew, Tomer decided on putting his culinary stamp on Israel as well and established Ryu (Dragon) - Creative Kosher Asian Cuisine
